    The name Coagility comes from the idea of collaborating /coaching to achieve agility. And that is what we do. We support executive teams in initiating new digital strategies for transformation and recovering failing transformation initiatives. We do this by working with leadership teams to help them understand their objectives and translate them into the right strategy to deliver.

  • WHO WE ARE

    Graeme McFall, Managing Director

    Graeme is an ex-Accenture Managing Director with extensive experience of developing strategies and delivering large-scale digital transformation. Equally adept at turning around failing deliveries or initiating new transformation programmes.

     

    Graeme has over 30 years experience in IT and digital leadership, transformational delivery, strategy, outsourcing, systems integration, deal shaping, negotiating, supplier management, outsourcing and service delivery. With his career split between client-side and supplier-side, Graeme can bridge the often tense relationships that can hamper effective change.

    Graeme can call on a wide network of associates and partners with proven track-records to build teams to take on any transformation challenge.

    Make that step-change and deliver with confidence!

    Individual Mentoring

    Aimed primarily at the freelance/self-employed project/programme managers. Being in the delivery hot-seat can be a lonely place sometimes and it can be reassuring to have a mentor who has your back to call on for support. This can be to learn more about a specific skill area (e.g. business case creation or governance models) or to solve a specific delivery challenge that has arisen.

    Transformation Mentoring

    Organisations use independent non-executive directors to advise their boards. However, we have seldom seen this approach taken for Transformation Programme Boards - where competing agendas can divert a programme off track. Could an independent Transformation Programme Board mentor with no vested interest help de-risk your programme?

    Team Mentoring

    Do you have a team of project or programme managers who are on keen to make that next step-up and take on bigger deliveries? Could an expert, external mentor help the team develop their skills whilst avoiding the usual delivery pitfalls. The team will build their confidence and develop a more powerful internal capability. Also, a great way of managing stress levels and looking after the team's mental wellbeing.
